SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we have a NO REFUND or RETURN policy.

 

We stand behind the quality of our products, but sometimes mistakes happen. If within 15 days of receiving your order, an item is: defective, broken or tarnished we will replace the item(s) for you. Additionally, if an item(s) is missing in your order, we will re-ship it to you.

If your bracelet is broken and you would like it to be remade (free of charge!) send us an email and we can arrange for a remake. This only applies if you live in Canada. 

 

To qualify for a replacement, send us an email with the following information:

  1. Order number as the subject

  2. Brief description of the issue

  3. Photos of the issue

​

Our policy only applies to items that are defective, broken, or tarnished due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage OR if an item(s) is missing in your order. We cannot do anything about items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
